Black Friday & Cyber Monday Cycling Deals 2026

As of September 13, 2026, no Black Friday deals are live, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Black Friday is Friday, November 27, 2026 and Cyber Monday is Monday, November 30, 2026. This page exists so that when the sales start, the deals that matter to a first-time road or gravel buyer are in one place, checked, with real prices — and so that between now and then you can make the only decision that actually matters in September: buy now, or wait.

What is here today: what genuinely went on sale last November and what did not, drawn from dated records rather than memory; a buy-now-or-wait answer for every class of thing we cover; and our current picks with today’s live price, including any discount Amazon is reporting right now. What is not here: invented deals, predicted prices, or percentages we cannot show you the source for.

How this page works

Three rules, and they are the same rules as the rest of the site.

• Every price is live. It comes from an Amazon feed refreshed daily and expires on its own after 48 hours. A deal that ends disappears from this page rather than lingering.
• A discount is only shown when Amazon reports one. The struck-through number on a buy button is Amazon’s own reported list price, and the percentage is Amazon’s arithmetic, not ours. If there is no reported list price there is no strike-through, ever.
• Historical claims are cited. Every “last year this discounted” below is quoted from a dated record listed under Sources. Where we found no record for a class, we say so instead of guessing.

One caveat that belongs at the top rather than the bottom. A list price can be a number nobody has paid in years, and BikeRadar’s own advice during last year’s sale was to “take price drops with a pinch of salt: they can often be hugely exaggerated, since they’re listed against an RRP that might be years old.” That applies to the strike-throughs on this page too. The number that matters is the one you pay.

What went on sale last November, and what did not

We went back to the dated deal logs two cycling publications kept through Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2025, to one manufacturer’s own sale announcement, and to Amazon’s own event dates. This is what they record, class by class, with the figures exactly as published. We have no data of our own on this and do not claim any.

Smart trainers: the strongest, most consistent pattern

Wahoo’s own Black Friday post, dated November 27, 2025, put the KICKR CORE 2 at “now just $399.99” and the KICKR V6 at “now 25% off,” and said that “some savings are available now and more will be added leading up to Black Friday and Cyber Monday.” Cycling Weekly’s live log recorded the same trainer — the KICKR CORE 2 with Zwift Cog and Click, which is the version we recommend — at $399.99 against $549.99, “Save 27%,” direct from Zwift, and a KICKR V6 at $262.50 off. BikeRadar logged a Garmin Tacx trainer at 25% off, and Cycling Weekly a Tacx Flux S at 45% off in the UK.

That is a manufacturer-run discount on a current product, announced in advance, and it is the clearest pattern in any of the records. If there is one class of cycling equipment where waiting for November is worth it, it is this one.

Complete bikes: real, at bike-shop brands

Cycling Weekly recorded a Salsa Journeyer Apex 1 gravel bike at $1,278.93 against $1,599 (20% off) at REI, and a Trek Émonda ALR 5 at $1,999.93 against $2,499.99 (20% off) direct from Trek, alongside the observation that a modest percentage on a complete bike is still “hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars saved.” Those are bike-shop brands clearing the outgoing model year, which is the ordinary autumn pattern.

For the Amazon-stocked bikes this site covers — Tommaso, SAVADECK, HILAND and the rest — we found no dated record of how they priced last November, and we are not going to invent one. What we can say from the listings themselves is that the bigger risk with those bikes is size: the Tommaso Sentiero, our top beginner gravel pick, is currently listed in one size only. A bike that is not in your size in November is not a deal.

Bike computers: real for Garmin, unrecorded for the brands we pick

BikeRadar logged Garmin Edge computers at 10% to 22% off; Cycling Weekly recorded an Edge 540 Solar at $249.99 against $399.99 on Amazon, but also noted that “deals on Garmin GPS computers in the US are a lot trickier to find.” Our computer picks are iGPSPORT, CYCPLUS and COOSPO — Amazon-native brands at a fraction of Garmin’s price — and we have no dated record of how they priced last November. Their live price and any reported discount is on the computers page today.

Clothing and shoes: the widest discounts, and the worst gifts

BikeRadar’s log is dominated by kit: bib shorts at 15% to 32% off, a jersey at 50% off, jackets at around a third off, road shoes at 17% to 34% off. It is the class with the most deals and the deepest, every year, because clothing has sizes and colors and the leftovers have to go. That is also why it is the class to buy for yourself and never as a gift — the sale price is on the sizes nobody bought.

Tires, tools and maintenance: real but modest

BikeRadar recorded Continental GP5000 road tires at £69 down to £45.40, a Park Tool repair stand at 41% off and a Muc-Off cleaning kit at 25% off; Cycling Weekly logged off-road tires at 25% to 28% off and a 25%-off sale direct from Muc-Off. These are consumables and tools, and a discount on a tire you need now is worth having — but a worn tire ridden into November to wait for a sale is a puncture, not a saving.

Helmets: thin

Cycling Weekly, in the middle of last year’s sale: “Discounts on helmets have been thin on the ground so far this Black Friday.” The deals that did appear were on top-end aero road helmets — BikeRadar logged a Kask at up to 45% off — not on the $30 to $75 entry-level helmets a first-time buyer needs. A helmet is the one item nobody should ride without, and it is not the item to wait for.

Locks, lights, pumps and small parts: no consistent record

Neither log records a pattern for locks, lights, floor pumps, bottles or bags beyond the occasional single item, and we are not going to manufacture one. These are inexpensive and needed now. A fifth off a $17 light set is three dollars, and the November stock risk on a cheap, popular item is real.

Buy now or wait for November? By product class

The honest answer for a first-time buyer, using the records above and one question: what does it cost you to wait?

• Helmet — buy now. Safety item, cheap, discounts thin. Every helmet sold in the US meets the same federal standard; buy the certified one that fits, today.
• Floor pump, lights, lock, multi-tool, bottle — buy now. Each solves a problem that stops you riding this week. The saving from waiting is a few dollars.
• Tires and chain lube — buy when you need them. A discount is a bonus; a bald tire is not.
• Smart trainer — wait, if you can ride outside until late November. The one class with a documented, manufacturer-run November discount. If you need it in October, Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days was October 7–8 in 2025 and is the earlier window to watch.
• Complete bike — buy when your size is in stock. From a bike-shop brand, autumn clearance is real and worth waiting for if the size is holding. From the Amazon-stocked brands, there is no record to wait on, and the size can vanish while you do.
• Bike computer — wait if it is a Garmin; no record for ours. For the budget brands we pick, buy when you want it; the live price and any reported discount is on the page today.
• Clothing and shoes — wait, for yourself only. Deepest discounts of anything, on the sizes left over. Never a gift.

When the sales start

Amazon’s own announcement for 2025 put its Black Friday Week deals live from “November 20 at 12:01 am PST” through December 1, and its October event, Prime Big Deal Days, on October 7–8. Wahoo’s post, dated the day of Black Friday itself, said some savings were already live and more would be added through the weekend. The practical reading for 2026: the window opens around the third week of November, not on the Friday, and an October event may come first. Amazon’s 2026 dates had not been published when this was written; we will add them here when they are.

If the November purchase is a gift

Then most of this page does not apply, because the classes that discount deepest — clothing, shoes, complete bikes — are precisely the ones that have to fit the recipient.
